My pink organiser

My 2010 pink organiser... Totally handmade by me... : D

It is not finished yet... I need to fashion some kind of button to cover this...


Is the magnetic button on the flap...





And also to write the dates in the pages...




There r 2 side to the book... The glitter face (with pink fur flap) opens the first 6 months of the year...









Then you flip the book to the opp side where it is the pink fur face with glitter flap...
It will open the next 6 months of the year...







The calender is also custom made with special dates...



Then if you open up both side of the book.. It gives you the whole year in accordian style.. Haha


And because it is hand made... There r some imperfections...


But any way I am happy... Haha

Things I need to do this 2 weeks...

• Work on the 5 year photo album... have a concept and work out the amount of time and money needed... giving myself 1 year to complete this... ding liang and i will share the cost and the effort in creating this book... :)

actually i am thinking of making it in a rainbow series.... cause i think we might get married 2 years later.... which means we have dated for 7 years... 2010 is 5 years 2011 6 years 2012 is 7 years.... so we can have each colour of the rainbow to signify each year....hmmmmmmmmm..... that is a lot of work... i need to sort the pictures into dates... (which is bloody difficult cause i have editied them and all the picture dates shows last year.... damn... -.-... if not i can make it like a diary styled rainbow coloured book... with the dates on top.... arghhh... and then there will be like 7 different books... which is not practical.. cause 1 of them might get lost... need to think of a way to put them all together into 1 big book... but if i put it into 1 book, it is going to be very bulky...
and.... we haven pass our 6th and 7th year... so it means that I have to fashion the book into something that is refillable... so i can put in the 6 and 7th year when the time comes....

2010 Goals and Wants

Wah... At last.. finished the last steamboat for the Christmas... tomorrow still got one more meeting... I am going to propose to them to change to a coffee session instead.... keep eating like that... so damn sinful....

today's steamboat don't know eat how many tablespoon of butter le lor... but is nice to see them again... must have another gathering... planning to have a Chinese new year gathering with them too... hur hur...

Anyway.. time to plan 2010's goals and wants... hmmm...

1. Run the full marathon (i ran the half marathon this year... so gonna upgrade... )
2. finish learning 3 songs in the golden organ book.
3. master arban euphonium characteristic studies ONE and two... (I have been playing characteristic studies 1 for like almost 2 years.. but i always stop at page 1... never proceed to page two)
4. Learn driving... (no need to pass ah.. but.. at lest make an effort to go and apply the advance theory.. haha... pretty reluctant to learn la.. really lor... if I have the money to buy a car... might as well take cab right? hmmm... but aiyah.. just learn lo... is a useful skill)
5. Build my portfolio. digital and hard copy
6. not dye my hair...
7. loss 5KG!!
8. save 3.6k (300 dollars every month)
9. Do the scrapbook for ding liang and me... (tsk.. actually is only 4 years worth of pictures... now become 5 year... gonna print all out... I am thinking of making it into a book... got 2 week break from work... gonna think about it... :) )
10. Pray everyday... like EVERYDAY... and finish reading the new testimony...
11. Go overseas once a year... so which means the next overseas trip will be on January 2011.. and should be either taiwan or hongkong... (note to Lim: genting is not counted... :) no pressure... haha)
12. get 10 new projects next year to grow my portfolio... personal or commercial....
13. improve on my website.. try to grow the rank of my website in google..
14. start a design blog to make sure that I am constantly learning and improving myself... and the blog will be on www.whimsicalgraphic.com .... and maybe try to get a good amount of hits and i can add a naffang and earn some small cash over there.... hmmm.. also need some fresh idea for my portfolio site.... need to discuess with grace about this... cause I am thinking of doing it by myself... hmmm...
15. A recipe book.... hmmm gonna do it during my 2 weeks break...

WANTS~

1. Buy my first branded bag
2. Nikon D60 or a D3000
3. monopoly global
4. baking tools... (different baking trays, measuring cups etc)
5. Mac book pro... (hmmm... maybe 2012 then buy.. but just put here first... maybe I will win lottery next year.. haha)
6. get rid of my wisdom tooth..
7. Rebond my hair...

Yup.. that should be it... gonna be v busy for the 2 weeks break... want to do some personal projects... like the 5 years photoalbum.... budget for the album? hmm... 200 dollars to print the whole book? i think should be enough ba.... need to think so some way to keep within budget and at the same time, the book must look special.. and presentable to put in my portfolio.. :)

O yeah... Lim says he will acc me to church once a year.... from next year onwards... happy.... like... very happy.... haha...

20th dec - birthday dinner with parents at shabu shabu

22nd dec - Christmas and birthday dinner with ding liang

23rd dec - company Christmas lunch...

24th dec - Christmas lunch with grace and other aunties... (tentative)

25th dec - Christmas dinner with mei Jun kat and Steph...

26th dec - Christmas and new year thanks giving steamboat with uni classmates...

27th dec - meeting box for lunch...( tentative )

28th dec - meet Jeannine and Si jia for dinner... Hur hur.. Amazing so long never 3 of us meet up le...

I won't say the whole situation is entirely her fault... cause it takes two hands to clap and i have apologised for the part that i have done wrong...

Birthday and christmas presents

Suddenly thought... Might wanna make some people's life easier... if you wanna buy gifts for me for christmas or birthday.... these are the things i wan!! haha... *wink wink*

1. make up brush kit (the whole set)
2. hard liquor (vodka, jack daniel and such)
3. fancy Wines and champanges
4. Fat chunky rings
5. eye shadow pallet (there is one at Tampines mall 99 colours for 30 over dollars... mwahaha.... if no body gets that for my for chirstmas, I am going to buy that myself.... hoo!) and o yeah... buy the one with glitter... I love glitter... haha
6. interesting office stuff... (USB fan, USB lava lamp, tissue box cover, pen holder stationary etc etc etc)
7. Baking recipe book (big thick book.. something like you know... the baking bible)

yup... That's about it... these are the things i need currently... haha... take note ah people...

Lim! your list is different... if you buy any of the above for me for my birthday... I will slap you !

I still haven finish buying birthday and christmas presents for my friends lor... grrr... Was shopping just now at orchard... only managed to get stuff for 2 friends... and also a really cute hair clip that cost 2.50.... I don't know buy for what la.. but really has a very chrismasy feel to it... some more is hand made and only 2.50.... blah... might as well... and further more... I am like controlling lor... not to buy anything for myself from today till the day i go bangkok.... I saw a few skirts i like and a few pairs of shoes.... ARGGHHHH.... I NEED TO BUY SHOES!!!

mmmm.... lim is watching porn in his mobile now.....

Prawnning now at jurong east... Damn sian lo.. I think the prawn don't like us... Only caught one for now... Some more is I catch de... So cross fingers and hope more will come... Actually I feel like dipping my hands into the pond and catch them with my own hands instead....

At last... Bangkok trip everything settle le...plane booked... Hotel booked... So much complications... So now when the time come nearer... Me and dl will need to go get a map and plan on how to get to those places via public transport... I am not very sure abt those cabs... And the last time I went Bangkok was abt 12 years ago... Well... I believe both of us will be fine together.. Further more I got compass app in my iPhone...ok la... I think me and liang won't need the campass... Can always ask the locals there...

So exciting lo... Saved so much money for this trip... Going to bring an empty bag there... Mwahaha....



Now time for some self reflaction... I feel proud of myself... Some not very plasent things happened during the weekend...( every time weekend de leh.. So sian lo) anyway... Yeah... Something happened during the weekend... And I managed to keep my cool abt the whole issue... Ok la.. I flared up a bit... But at lest I was clam enough to think of other solution to handle this thing.. I mean last time I will bitch blog the whole thing here and in facebook.... So yeah... Hee huu hee huu... Need to learn how to breath when I am angry... Had small fight with lim cause of this.. Which is totally retarded la... Basket... Not my fault then he any how scold me... But heck la heck la... Suan le suan le... Totally not worth it man....

Ok logging off now... And omg lo... I finish blogging le, lim 1 prawn also don't have lo...

Wah... sad... no people come read my blog... haha....

Anyway....

I have decided to spend money to heal my pimply face.... so right now i am on medication for my pimples.... and all the zits are popping faster then pop corns i tell you... so depressing la.... Katherine should know how depressed i am... almost everyday complain to her lor...

Anyway... I am going to lift my head high up... I have tahan-ed 7 years of pimpled face.... another 3 to 6 months of pimple break out.... who scared who.... put horse come here.... Hump!

Then just now during work... I was telling kat that maybe I should try, stop using foundation and see how.... but... wahhh.... is Ta Mah De difficult lor... how to stop using foundation... especially you are having the worse break out in your life.... (ok la... not the worse....but STILLLLLL) So I am still sourcing out for better foundation... I thinking of getting this..

But scared spend so much money le.. then still cause break outs... :( anyway... I bought a few foundations already.... loreal's mineral loose powder.... I haven really try that cause the brush is really VERY prickly.... so i going to get a new loose powder foundation brush.. then try again... I also bought this BB cream from Face shop.... $38 lor... but because there are alot cream medication, if i still put the liquid foundation.... wah... my face will look oilier then a well oiled pan lor... and also i am currently using clinelle's foundation. I have showed the doctor the foundation I am using currently.... she say that the one i am using is fine.... as long as i wash the pad can already... ahhh... see how la see how la... maybe use clinelle finish then say...

but other then foundation... I think i should quit picking on my pimples... but then ah... seriously la... you see so big so white so juciy.... how not to squeeze.... you know every morning... I always say this to myself... "just one... after squeeze finish this one.. then i don't want to squeeze le...." then after that is gone...

then you will go and see other parts of your face... then you will say this to yourself...
"this one should be very fast come out de.... press light light jiu pop out le..."

then after a while.... you found out that you have squeezed like 5 to 7 pimples at one go.... then you will say...

"aiyah.... face already so cui le.... squeeze the rest out also la..."

Tell me la... how to stop? how to stop? ARghhhhh -.-"

ok... I will stop picking them.... really.. swear.... i swear on my..... boyfriend's face.... If i pick 1 pimple.... he will grow 2!.... Ha!

this should stop me from picking them..... (eh... like got one big one on the left cheek there.......hmmmmmmm)

so if he make me angry... i will just squeeze the pimple on my cheeks... hee hee... ok la... enough nonsense...

Ding liang is currently in Shanghai~..... sian lor... si bei sian... especially when you can't even contact him cause you have no idea what number he is using.... and he didn't even bother to tell you.... smart right this kind of boyfriend... I ask you la... how to find... So was pretty angry with him ah.... for being so smart.... but now ok le...

cause he went out of his hotel.... and went to starbucks to log on to MSN to chat with me.... and he was shivering at the starbucks lor... 3 degrees.... and strong wind... hoooo... is cold until his ball will shrink down to green pea size... So forgave him....

o... and he mentioned to me that one of his best bud went overseas and bought a ligature... and called him many times and ask if he want to buy it too... cause he say it will help to improve the tone...

HAHAHAHHA so funny la.... ligature can improve tone.. what kind of ligature is that? I also go buy one.... maybe my tone will be better then Richard Png... =x

If things are so easy jiu hao.... i will just buy what Mr Ng is using... and will make me into God of euphonium.... no la... who want Mr Ng de... I should buy Stephen Mead's euphonium and use the same mouth piece he is using.... wah... I will automatically become the world BEST euphonium player...

So we will wait for december... cause we heard that sembawang will have a BTO exercise this month......
